Ms. Rose joined Manelli Selter PLLC in March, 1997 where she continues her practice in maritime, transportation, competition and administrative law. She is an experienced litigator.
Ms. Rose represents diverse participants in the domestic and international shipping industry. Her practice includes representation of major steamship lines, non-vessel-operating common carriers, terminal operators and cargo owners in administrative and court proceedings. In addition, she advises clients on regulatory and legislative matters affecting their business and transportation interests.
Previously, Ms. Rose served as a senior litigator at the Federal Maritime Commission where she represented the agency in adjudicatory, rulemaking and prosecutorial proceedings. She also represented the Federal Maritime Commission as a participant in symposiums and as a lecturer in maritime law. Ms. Rose graduated from the University of Kentucky with distinction and received her Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law of the University of Louisville.
